Forever Sculpture Lei - Pakalana (Two Tones, Extra Long)

Prix de vente$462.00

Pakalana (Telosma Cordata) is also called Chinese Violet. Like Plumeria or Pikake, it's neither Hawaiian nor a Polynesian introduced plant.  Brought to the islands in the mid 1800's from China, it symbolizes the blending of cultures that characterizes Hawai‘i's rich, multicultural heritage.

Pakalana blooms with small, yellow-green flowers that emit a fragrance so divine, it rivals even the most fragrant blossoms in Paradise. Local Hawaiians favor this flower for lei making, often stringing it in odd-numbered strands (such as 1, 3, or 5 strands), or weaving it with other local favorites like Crown Flowers or Pikake, creating strikingly fragrant combinations.

This flower is seasonal and is not available year-round; it blooms best from April to September. However, with our Forever Sculpture Lei, you can now enjoy the timeless beauty of Pakalana anytime. When infused with a Pakalana perfume, you can experience the flower's unforgettable scent year-round.

Each Pakalana blossom in our Forever Sculpture Lei is carefully hand-sculpted using two tones of green for added depth and realism—one shade even has a subtle shimmer to catch the light. Crafted from durable polymer clay, these flowers are made without molds, ensuring every single piece is unique. The necklace captures the essence of one of Hawai‘i's favorite flowers, celebrating the natural beauty of the Hawaiian Islands.

Designed to add a vibrant touch to any outfit, the necklace is perfect for both casual and formal occasions. It is hand-strung with high-quality nylon cord, providing both strength and durability for long-lasting wear.
