Shipping

All orders ship within 2 business days.  There might be delays during sale and holidays seasons.

We offer free USPS standard shipping (3 -10 days) on orders over $100.

US Orders under $100, we charge a flat rate of $10 (3 - 10 days).

2 days shipping via UPS/USPS Express is available for $40.

All orders $500 or more will require signature.  If you wish to opt out of the required signature delivery, please make a note in your order comments.  Should you waive the signature delivery we are unable to assist you in locating any packages that may be mis-delivered or get lost.

We charge $20 to ship to Japan, $25 to Canada.

All other international deliveries $30.  Please allow 10 - 20 business days for delivery.

International Deliveries

Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to delays, duties, and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be, (some orders depending on the country can take between 4-6weeks). If you have questions contact the local custom office. Please note transit times above are provided by carrier and are not necessarily guaranteed.

Customer is solely responsible for all duties and import taxes.

Wholesale Shipping

Wholesale flat rate shipping is based on order total price, and DIFFERENT from retail shipping fees.  Please email julia@citadinedesigns.com to get latest details.
