Refund policy

We accept returns 30 days from your purchase date, on full-priced items that are in their original unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition, with all tags intact.  We do not accept returns on gift certificates, jewelry, swim wear, lingerie, sale items, items purchased with a coupon code, custom orders, items have been worn or show signs of wear.  We do not accept returns for international orders.  Please choose carefully or email us at info@citadinedesigns.com prior to purchase.

We do not accept exchanges. You can return items for a refund and place a new order.  Return policy ONLY applies to purchases made on citadinedesigns.com.  Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.  

Please allow 10 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for your refund.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return/Exchange Process

Please email info@citadinedesigns.com within 7 days of receiving your order. If your order is eligible for a return, you will be issued a RA#. Please write this number on the outside of the package and on the return form enclosed in your original shipment.  Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Return package needs to be sent back within 15 days after receiving the RA#.

We recommend USPS Priority mail, with a tracking number and insured to the full amount of merchandise. We are not responsible for missing or stollen packages.

You must email us in advance, or we will not be able to process the returns. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if the return does not comply with our policy.

We are not responsible for any changes incurred for refused packages. In the case a package is refused and returned to us, the total cost of return fees will be deducted from the customer’s refund, plus a 20% restocking fee.
